Mourning Star

picture

Much controversy was sparked last night when one of the stars in the constellation of Gemini shone brightly for seven hours and then suddenly disappeared.

Astronomers report that the star went supernova, and are still celebrating from the amazing sky display of last night.

Astrologers, however, have been thrown into chaos. Some have hidden themselves away to consult their star charts. Others having been burning massive piles of astrology books in the streets and running around without any pants on.

The head figures in the astrological community (those that are not speaking in tongues) have gathered to discuss what effect the departed star has on the constellation of Gemini and what that means for the future of 1/12th of the world's population.

Some argue that the death of the star represents the death of one of the twins, and that the constellation should be renamed to "Uno" or "Nancy".
